PHP Calendar Script
I am in need of a event calendar written in PHP, free or moderately priced. With the price restriction, I am at a loss for good software. So does anyone know of some good software? The closest I came was with SuperCali, but I have been having some problems with it. What I need is the grouping and catagories that SuperCali offered, the calendar is for a school athletic site, so the user needs to be able to change between catagories (boys basketball, girls basketball, football, swimming, etc).
Does anyone have any suggestions for software?

Re: PHP Calendar Script
The Internet is often a good place to start: http://www.softcomplex.com/products/php_event_calendar/ is free for non-commercial use. This includes schools that do not take in tuition from students. Otherwise it's $29US.
What problems are you having with SuperCali?

Re: PHP Calendar Script
I've done alot of searches with google, looking for sites that offer freeware, but i have not come across that one yet. I'll check it out.
SuperCali is giving me trouble with groups. I can add events with the administrator account, but the groups do not appear in public view. The documentation is limited and I can't seem to find a way around this.

Couple other calendars to check out. I have not tried them out, yet. I really like the look and feel (demo) of Easy PHP Calendar, but like the idea of FREE with k5n.us WebCalendar. Out of all the searching I did about 4 months ago, these are the two php calendars that I really liked. Unfortunately the client I was creating a site with had no PHP support (gasp, I know!) so I never got a change to set either up.
Easy PHP Calendar - Pretty cheap license. $29 I believe. WebCalendar - FREE
