WebEasy Pro 7 keeps loosing validation code

I have two seperate programs of WebEasy Pro 7 (one that I bought and one that came with my laptop) on both programs, on two seperate computers, (one running xp one running vista)

each time I try to load Webeasy, it says I have to re enter my validation code. What the heck?

is this with both computers?

Yes it is, I have reinstalled on the one with XP twice and it will retain the code for about three log ins only. I have not reinstalled on the one with Vista.
