what web browser are you using and what operating system? - unless it is windows 98. can you view other web pages?

normally i'd clear the cache the first time a web page loads incorrectly. could you get access to facebook on the home pc before?
if not is there any web blocking software installed on the pc? if yes, try reset the web browsers to default settings.

I'm pretty sure it worked before, when I asked a friend about it, they said that it usually fixed itself... but thats not happening.
My parents do have K9 installed on the computer, but I don't think it's blocking it at all or else it would say so. |

in IE you can set the security and privacy to default settings and clear the cache. if you are using FF make sure scripts are running.
post a screen shot of the webpage that you get.

i use photobucket.com for remote images. if you have an account with some one similar upload them there and paste a link in the post. although BMPs should attach.

did you try and log in?
i get a slightly different screen, with and without scripts allowed in FF, but in both cases i could log in - if i had an account.
