Email Marketing/Ban Lists
Hello, we maintain a database of a few thousand customers that do business with us, and we are occasionally getting a "failure notice" for some emails.. people are waiting on an email from us and they cant get it!
![]() We use GroupMail (https://www.infacta.com), to maintain and email our customers, complete with unsubscription info. So this has been working for us but there has been cases (obviously) of some folks not receiveing our email or getting failure notices in return. This is acceptable to a certain level. What is not acceptable is that our sales team is trying to send an email privately through Outlook, and we are getting these failure notices from time to time and we can not communicate with a client who is wants to spend money for our products. One particular email is being blocked by UCEProtect, and it appears that we have a few infractions with them. Can anyone make sense of this: http://www.techsupportforum.com/atta...1&d=1216747171 |

Re: Email Marketing/Ban Lists
I can't throw any light on the solution but it would appear that you are logged in as a known spammer. Even using Outlook, if the level of outgoing emails is such, it can trigger of a 'spammer flag' by some mail servers. The only thing I suggest is to try and contact the individual ISPs of the recipient and try & get your IP address lifted from their black lists.
