spam on formmail

I have a few web forms which I set up using Net Objects Fusion and formmail.pl which is supplied by my webhost. I am not a programmer and use NOF because it is wysiwyg and does not require html programming.

Problem we have is that most of the submissions on our forms are actually spam, and not genuine enquiries.

What is the easiest and most effective way to stop this, while not hindering genuine customers from sending an enquiry.

Another step we would like to add is to give people the opportunity to preview their form data before submitting it. NOF does not seem to allow for this, but perhaps there is a simple step to add to allow it.
