My website videos won't download for some viewers
My new website has 15 videos on it. All download for everyone except 2, they are the last 2 that we added. Some viewers can download &
play them, others cannot. They play perfectly for 3 of us, but won't even appear for 3 others. All have fairly new computers. So, 13 of the 15 videos play well for everyone. We embedded them all the same way. Our video editor sent them to us on a CD as he did all the others. Any ideas as to what's happening & how we can fix it? |
