I was wondering if anyone knew how to pull data off of Amazon. Specifically, what I want to do is to write a program to monitor my Amazon wish list and keep track of the lowest prices for items listed there. It would basically need to pull like an XML copy of the list (not sure if that's possible) and keep a database of the prices for the items in the list.
Thanks for any help/direction you can give! |

Re: Pulling data off of Amazon List?
Hi idyllhands, check out this site, which has some references to an Amazon API. Hopefully from there you can call upon their libraries in your program to avoid having to write dirtier hacks to pull the info.
Hope this helps - if you can't find anything useful on this page, do a google search for "amazon api" and see what comes up.
