Submit Scripting - Help! [moved from ie]
Hello There, i am new to this forum and any help will be greatly appreciated. I did not know where to post this thread, so if it is in the wrong placde i apologise. Anyway, i am editing my website, and on the contact us page i wanted a feed back form for the user to fill out, and it then being submitted to an email address or sumthing. This is my progress so far ...
<form action=mailto:****@****.com.au> <h3> Enquiry Form</h3> Name: <input title="Your Google Toolbar can fill this in for you. Select AutoFill" style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffa0" name=name> <br> Email : <input title="Your Google Toolbar can fill this in for you. Select AutoFill" style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: #ffffa0" name=mail> <br> Contact Number : <input style="WIDTH: 79px; HEIGHT: 17px" size=8 name="contact number" ?10?> <br></select> State : <select name=State>State<option selected>SA</option> <option>VIC</option> <option>NSW</option> <option>QLD</option> <option>NT</option> <option>WA</option><option>TAS</option></select><br> <br> Enquiry :<br> <textarea name=comments rows=5 wrap=physical cols=60></textarea> <br><br> <input type=submit value=Send> <input type=reset value=Reset> </form></body></html> It is not working as when i click the submit button, it just refreshes the page? If there is an alternative way i would greatly appreciate your help. Kind Regards, Chris |

Re: Submit Scripting - Help! [moved from ie]
Hey, sorry to nag but it's too hard to read your source code, could you wrap some code tags around it to format it (using the post editor thing it's a "#" on the toolbar)
It would help us out loads Cheers, Jamey |
