Problem with adding sound
Hello All,
I am attempting to add sound to a button within Flash 8. The guide that I am following states to click on the drop down bar within the property inspector and choose a sound file. My only problem is that my drop down bar simply says "none". My question: Does this mean I don't have any sound files, not even an example? I find this very irregular as every other aspect of Macromedia products seems to supply tons of materials for starting with. and if that is true that I don't have any sound files: How do I import sound files and what is the best place to get them. Lastly: If I am way off, I have until tomorrow to get sound on that button. What am I doing wrong? thank you to all who can help , if you see my other post, you will find that I have been working on these buttons for quite some time. Thanks again! PS: I included a screenshot so you know what I am talking about! |
