Re: Page looks just awfull in IE
the way i make pages is, first i design them in photoshop then figure out the best way to put them into code. This is what the site SHOULD look like in IE, and pretty much does in FF:
http://musicamor.com/dafyi/test/design.jpg I've used tables in the past and im tempted to go back to them now... I want to be able to add more postings under the current one in the future, and keep them in line, not ever going under the logo i have made. Im thinking i could just make 2 tables. One for the logo and other for the content??? I dont know all the in's and out's of CSS yet, any suggestions? Last edited by aldernon : 06-08-2008 at 03:28 PM. |

Re: Page looks just awfull in IE
I personally still use tables (I use CSS for stuff like classes) simply because I don't trust Microsoft to get it right when it comes out to CSS layouts.

Re: Page looks just awfull in IE
whats the word on it? Like, i've made alot of sites. Im self taught and not pro, but i mean they get the job done. Why does IE render things so badly? its like every site ive ever made looks PERFECT in firefox, then i open it in IE and have to re-do everything.
WHY? |
