Page looks great in firefox, bad in IE -VERY BASIC PAGE
Im back yet again.
Ive made a small page (with the help of you guys/girls) and it looks fantastic in Firefox. Its exactly what I want, im very happy with it. Unfortionetly, 90% of the world uses IE for browsing, and this small page happens to look a little out of allignment in it. Ive gone over the code for about a day now and cant figure out where i've gone wrong, or what I should do. Like I said, the page is small and basic. Could someone maybe point me in the right direction or tell me what im doing wrong/need to be doing? :D Thank you very much everyone! The Page: http://www.musicamor.com/iu/lyrics.html |

Re: Page looks great in firefox, bad in IE -VERY BASIC PAGE
I've just tried it in both firefox, internet explorer and opera, and it looks the same in each. Any chance you could provide some screenshots to illustrate the problem.
Also, does your site use any of the following? - Javacript - Java - any other type of media Or is it plain HTML? Cheers

Re: Page looks great in firefox, bad in IE -VERY BASIC PAGE
Ok, so the actual page you want to navigate to is:
http://musicamor.com/iu/index-6.html Under the Media Player there is a Launch button like this: click it, it will take you to the same page as posted above, but re-sized. The difference is not so clear when you view it full like that. The page uses Javascript, HTML and CSS. ![]() Here's the page in Firefox: ![]() Here's the page in Internet Explorer: ![]() I know the difference may not be HUGE, it still does not look nearly as good in IE as FF. The buttons are larger, font is different. if you click and drag around you will see what i mean. Thank You very much, -Sean :) |

Re: Page looks great in firefox, bad in IE -VERY BASIC PAGE
I am not being obtuse, but i genuinely cannot notice the difference. However there is a way of making different pages dependant on the browser used, so you can make changes for each browser etc. Can't remember the exact code right now, i'll have a look to check my code and post back.
