Change Index Page on Web EZ 7 Pro

On www.un-skru.com the 11th page of my website shows
<title index </title>
Because the 11th page is blank, nothing happens and you can't navigate to "home" to navigate any of the pages.

There's a Tools.... Link Map that I clicked on, and it shows Page 11 in the top position.

I can right-click on Index page and select the option to "Set Page 1 as Index Page" and I've clicked it, and then clicked OK, but it doesn't change it. That cursed Page 11 remains as an Index Page.

I also tried deleting page 11 but the <title> index </title> moved then to page 10.

None of the Web EZ 7 Pro techs could tell me how to "get into" the HTML code and change it manually. Is there a way to get into the HTML code and change it manually? Or is there some other way to fix this? I've re-written the whole site twice, and this keeps happening.... thanks in adv.
