Looking for good scheduling software
I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post in. I work for a private tutoring company, where we see students one-on-one. I've been looking for a good scheduling program, because we do it all on paper right now. here's what i'm looking for:
1. web based, so we can work on it from home 2. able to display an entire day's schedule, showing which student sees which tutor when. 3. able to create reports, such as student attendance, tutor hours worked (with which student, number of hours for payroll) 4. Differentiate between different departments (math vs english, etc) Most of the programs i've seen don't allow you to see an entire office's schedule at one time, and don't have the reporting capabilities i'm looking for. Let me know if anyone has any ideas. |
