Welcome to the forum harikumar_dibus,
1. Log into Gmail 2. Click on settings in the upper right hand corner. 3. Click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP Tab 4. There are a few options there for POP accounts, but you must enable it. The setup instructions are also located there. Good luck! Hope that helped.
