Restrict Tabbed browsing in IE7

I want to stopped user from opening new tab, when my application is running on IE7.

He can open new window, i have no issues with that.

Any idea how to do it, programmatically using any method.

My application is using VB, ASP etc.

Re: Restrict Tabbed browsing in IE7

With respect, I would be furious if I visited a site that restricted my browser activity.

I would never visit it again. I think many folk would think the same.

Unless you have an imperative for doing so, I would strongly advise against that.

My humble opinion.

Re: Restrict Tabbed browsing in IE7

I can understand your concern, my purpose is to restrict the user to open only my application in new tab.

For other purpose user is free to use tab.

thanks
