Dreamweaver Create A Template

Hello.
I am looking into making templates in Dreamweaver CS3.

I want to make pages that have places for a banner, text, links and stuff.

@ G4m3rof1337: I'm not sure what you want. You want to make templates, so I guess you want to make websites, but do you know anything about HTML, CSS?

They also offer to make a webpage based on tables, but I strongly recommend not to.

I know HTML and basic CSS, but I dont want to make a template in NotePad, I like seeing it being created, like in Dreamweaver.
