Scroll bar
Im a beginner web designer and was wondering if anyone could help me at all.
 I need a scroll bar on my page and i know you are supposed to set overflow to auto in css positioning, but it wont work. I'm completely lost because my webpage was originally built on this thing called mr site, but it looked a bit rubbish so i purchased dreamweaver 8 to change it, so any codes and that just confuse me. I'm the complete low of the low knowledge wise. any help will be great
