shopping carts
I was wondering if anyone had any tips on adding a shopping cart to a website I am working on...I have designed websites, just no shopping cart on them.....

thanks for your help.....I have tried using oscommerce, but never really looked the best...I now have a website that I have ready to be published for a guy, but not sure how to implement it into the site that I have....

If you do not know at least enough about PHP to customize a shopping cart to fit into the site you've created, you might want to just go ahead and bring in a third party consultant who does it for a living.
Personally what I would do is go through osCommerce (I'd change the theme though - I know it's kinda nasty looking) and utilize Google Checkout services for handling the payments. If this is over your experience level, it's probably best to contract this out. |
