Do you think this website is ok: ? http://underground-secret.com/page16.html Please advice, I am looking for joomla templates and came across them. But I don't know whether I should buy from here Advice appreciated

Doesn't look particularly legit to me, but then again those sort usually don't.
Why would you want to buy a template when there are so many (joomla and otherwise) for free? Even Cascading Style Sheets are a viable option for just about any new website, and that's about as common as air these days.

Well, joomla.org seemed like it had some resources for it, but if you do a search on google for something like "free css templates" you'll get thousands of results for that. It's not any more difficult- it just takes a little reading and some extra work.
