Hyper Hyperlink Trouble in DW

I haven't had time to search through my codes as yet but I thought I would ask if anyone happen to know where I can start looking :

I have a CSS Page where my Global LInks upon a:hover are going nuts. The page starts jumping up and down at rapid speed. That's all I can say and of course it has to be somewhere in the Rule App but so far it looks normal. Hmm, just thought of something .. would I get this if there were two Rules doing the same function ?

Ok let me ask this Q. Is there a way to check conflicting Rules in my Coding? I've Validated my page and I currently have no errors but something is wrong somewhere.

Did you know Windows Notepad, Microsoft Word or any Text Rendering & Editing Program is all you need to build Web Pages?

Re: Hyper Hyperlink Trouble in DW

It should be mentioned that Dreamweaver 8 automatically creates CSS. So if you make a sentence bold and color it blue, it will automatically log that style right at the top of the page...so you don't have to bash your brain trying to figure out how to make CSS work with Dreamweaver (at least not while you're starting off).

You should post the code that is causing the trouble so we can look it over :)
