How to creaye HELP webpage

I am preparing a Audio-Video Conferencing project for my Engineering final yr.
The basic interface is in Visual Basic 6.0
Front end : VB6.0
Back end : MS Access

I want to crate a Help option for my software in HTML
Though I know the basic codings of this project, I would like to have some suggestions from oher users on this forum for this

I'm pretty confused on exactly what you want.

I'm assuming the front end/backend are for your Audio/Video project, right?

Is this going to be used inside of a web page? Or do you want a seperate web site for help? Do you want people to be able to submit help topics through a database or to your email? Or do you just want a very basic FAQ page where you can add questions/topics you feel people would want to know or have emailed you?
