pictures

dear tech forum people,

i have a site where you can upload pictures, now my problem is the following,
i allowed my website to upload pictures untill 350KB, but if people upload a picture of 1600 X 2000, then my website start to give problems, this i do not have when they upload pictures untill 1000 X 1000 or less.

is there anybody familiar with this problem?

if so pls. give me the programming code and i will include it into my website

Did you download a special software or system to do this, or are you just using the form method?

well, i need to find the error which into the file, i let it make the website by a company in india because they would be the best in it, but let a lot of mistakes like uploading the pictures, now i just do not want to know anything about them anymore because if they fix one mistake they make other. and i do now something about programming, so maybe with your help i can get this mistake our of the website

is it only 1600x2000 pics that give problems or anything with a filesize of over 350KB? 1600x2000 is a rather large picture so the file size is going to be over 350KB in most cases unless optimized for the web.

only picture with volume biger than 1000 X 1000, than i have problems.
normaly people shouldn't be able to upload over 350KB
