Firefox 2.0.0.3 and printer-friendly CSS
In my printer friendly CSS I did not specify font-size so that if a user changes font size in the browser(View>Text Size>Increase), the printed page reflects the choice. It works in IE and Netscape 8.1, but when I print from Firefox 2.0.0.3, it ignores increased text size

That just firefox. You could use a script that changes the font size or just define a size and have no option. Other than that, no way to change that.
