How do I create these? see below

I use the warning banner to create this, but it only saves as bitmap and not gif. So you can't actually click on the OK or CANCEL button. How do I make one that looks like this, but not a BMP, but GIF where I can actually click on OK or CANCEL. But I want it so that when I click on OK or CANCEL, nothing will happen. I'm sorry if I'm not making any sense. I'm dumb when it comes to computers. Can someone make one for me that looks like the one above, I would really appreciate it! I want to put it on a website!

As far as im aware, you cannot interact with a GIF, things like that are usually SWF (flash) or javascript.

Well, I had seen something like what I had shown in my OP in someones signature on a forum. I was able to actually click on the YES or NO, but nothing went past that. I'm trying to duplicate it. How would this be done? I am not experienced in this area, can someone show me?
