Web Easy 6

Just in the process of re-building my web site using Web Easy 6.

Can't understand why hyperlinks are underlined in Mozilla but not in IE7 or Netscape.

My special effects ( page fade ) only work in IE7

I can't stand underlined links.

I'm publishing my web site using XHTML and CSS

My web site: www.esox.co.uk

I just want to get rid of the underline links when viewing with Mozilla.

Can I add a script to Web Easy 6 to prevent this happening when viewing with Mozilla?

Hope somebody can help.

Re: Web Easy 6

@Charliesox: The possibilities:

Link displayed on webpage with no underline:
a:link {
text-decoration: none;
}

Link that has been pressed with underline:
a:visited {
text-decoration: underline;
}

When mouse is over link with overline (line above link)
a:hover {
text-decoration: overline;
}

Link when pressed with under- and overline
a:active {
text-decoration: underline overline;
}

This way you can specify what happens to the links. If you wish that no link will at any time have a underline add this to your CSS file:

a:link {
text-decoration: none;
}
a:visited {
text-decoration: none;
}
a:hover {
text-decoration: none;
}
a:active {
text-decoration: none;
}

Re: Web Easy 6

How do I do that KoosHopeloos?

I can't edit the html.

I'm new to Web Easy 6 and still learning!

Can I enter it some other way?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks friend.

I found out how to edit the file after publishing - and add your few lines of html.

Works fine now.
