why this tooltip

Hi
I developed one site in IE.
When I Mouseover on home logo,it shows tooltip with complete URL.
Why this is happening?
Can anybody give me clarification...

Are you referring to the Bicket Tobin logo above the menu?

The reason that occurs is that image/logo has had a hyperlink placed upon it. This means that when you click it you are sent into the specified site and a small hand icon appears to show that it is a hyperlink.

To remove one simply go to the code referring to that logo and remove the code involving the <alink or href> tags.
