I don't know of any that will pay you to display banners unless you have a huge volume of people viewing. If you type in affiliate programs into google you'll see some options on getting paid per click on an ad.

if you go www.hobbytron.com u can post their ad on your site and any who goes from your website to theres and buys something you get like 7% of the money the person bought there stuff for

Pays for displaying banners? Are you referring to an example such as Google Ads. Not banners but ads.

I'm not sure what you mean by people view your banners and it costs money?
