Best CSS book/resource? Also CSS help
I want to upgrade my web site into a CSS controlled site. I understand the code and the html but I never understood how you tie the content into the CSS template. Basically I understand the how to make html web sites with some php code. I also understand how to make a basic CSS layout file to insert into other html documents with the head tag. What I don't understand is how to make the html code follow the layout of the CSS file, basically tie the html code/content to follow the layout.
I want to pick up a CSS book to read up on this and other beginner's tricks and layouts. I was told about "CSS Mastery" but this is far from a beginner's level. |

I highly recommend the "for dummies" series when it comes to learning about anything computer-related. Check out this: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...nnorswebguidec

The way I learnt to code was not through books but online. Everything you need in one single click.

This should teach you the ins and outs of CSS and it will include links where you can find resources.
