Mail Form

Hi I am tring to make a Mail Form for my website.
All the text will be sent to me from the website to my email account. (which I need to specify in the codes)
2 buttons there
clear and Send
When send is clicked on it should not only send me the information to the desire email address but also go to the page with msg or a banner msg send.

I wrote the codes refer few books but its only confusing me.
Can some one be able to help me here.
I am ready to send all the codes no problem.

Unfortunatly, the insanely useful mail FORM has been depreciated in current HTML code and doesn't even work in recent browsers.

I always loved the little php script over at http://www.dtheatre.com/scripts/formmail

The readme makes it sound confusing but you know a little html and php you'll be fine. In a nut shell, you create a field say like e-mail, can say if its required and when it sent to you're email it will list all the fields and what the user entered. If you have any problems with it let me know since I've had a fair amount of experience with it.
