flash into myspace

I am trying to get a flash video into myspace. Anyone know how to?

yes i did.

the reason I got that software is for something totally different. I have a surveillance business in which we design and install advanced video surveillance systems. we have a project that we are rapping up right about now and we have to provide training for all the guards that will be using the system ( 22 ). So i thought we would do a single training session. But i needed some sotware that could record my every movement on my screen as I go step by step through this system.
was that a good choice on software?

this thing on my space account is just trying to learn the software. That video is hilarious though.
