ms expression engine
I downloaded and installed MS expression engine, which I an tell you is awesome - especially being free. Problem is that it attempts to install something (Office install popup dialog box) everything I boot up and open Outlook 2003. I'm using XP Media 2005. I've uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled - same issue.
