remote access from website
Ok this is a wierd one.
I would like to be able to provide remote support to the end user of a piece of software through a web browser, ie i would provide the user with an URL and possibly a logon such as customer1 which they logon with, this then allows me to view their desktop, and after that i can request to take control of their desktop, and if they accept i do it. I have a webserver setup and im not asking for someone to write the script for me, but just if anyone knows if this is possible or not? and if so could point me in the right direction? Thanks alot

There are companies that supply this type of service Like WebEx or GoToMeeting.
We use Webex where I work so we can trouble shoot our salesmens computers when they are on the road. Last edited by crazijoe; 11-06-2006 at 05:36 AM. |
