I've been given an interesting project - to design and build a system that runs multiple touch screen displays.
I'm posting here because the software side of things will need be database driven (MySQL) with a Flash(?) front end - basically a website without the web. It will have to run a program so potential customers can view in-flower plants out of season. I imagine an initial view of flower thumbnails which, when touched, turn into detailed information and more pictures on the particular plant. My questions are: am I looking in the right place with SQL and Flash? How do I go about running the multiple instances of Flash on one system? Is there a better way to do it? Where do I start? I've posted on the hardware side of it here. Last edited by tisgrandupnorth; 10-31-2006 at 06:31 AM. |
