Fixed Image Background

i want to create a fixed image background, i have the url for the image, but when i try to put it as a background it is tiled, so i want to know how to make the image cover the whole background and make it fixed. Also, i would like to know where to put the fixed image code within the rest of the code.

body{background-image:url("BACKGROUND URL HERE");
background-attachment:fixed;}

put it in between your style tags.

Are you using CSS or are you using background="image url"?
