I need to migrate a mysql data base that has over 100,000 tables?

So I have this application created. www.seemoresearch.com go check it out. Now it is time to migrate it. The team that developed it has the program create dynamic tables. Now one of my 3 databases have over 100,000 tables. Every time we have tried to back up the table so we can move it, the procedure fails. So the question is, does anyone know how to migrate a mysql data base that has over 100,000 tables?

Do you get an error message when you try backing up the database? If so, what does it say?
