Cry formmail help

Hey guys,

I have been looking into form mail for my project at school, so I decided to get a website from the internet, and use it and add new and other features to it. what I stumbled upon doing formmail, I checked the code below:

<p><font size="3"><input type="submit" value="Submit Resume" tabindex="60"> <input type="reset" value="Clear" tabindex="61"> </font></p>

This is the code for the submit button, however when I look further, it does not show where the submitting information is going to... it just says about and the features of the submit button. Dont you guys think if it wanted to be sent to an email the code should look like this?

<input name="" type="submit" tabindex="60" onClick="employment@rrmca.com" value="Submit Resume">

what this says here is the same thing, however the onClick="employment@rrmca.com" is added so it can be send to that the form can be sent to employment@rrmca.com. tell me if I am wrong, sorry if I sound like a novice, but I need help learning this and getting this code right. it will not send to employment@rrmca.com everytime I fill out a form.

thanks guys for any help

Replace your form tag with this::
HTML Code:
<form method="post" action="mailto:employment@rrmca.com">
And remove the onClick action.
