Infected sent videos

I use IVC to convert my Quicktime videos into Zune .wmv format. I then use Windows movie maker to edit and email a short clip. When I talked to the recipient, he says the message is infected. I also use Avast anti-virus and my PC routinely comes up clean with a scan. What do I need to do about this? Feedback please.

Re: Infected sent videos

Just a thought...Is this a single recipient that has a problem? Could it be his a/v giving false positives? Could he try another a/v?

Mistake Re: Infected sent videos

Apparently not. I tested it out with another friend and he got the same results. He suggested I load it to virustotal.com. That's been 2 days now and I haven't gotten a response. No telling how big their workload is. But it is the dardest thing. I'm wondering where the weak link is. Perhaps I should use another format. I don't know. I use Outlook Express but all my text emails and photos come out fine. Not a clue.
