[SOLVED] Photoshop CS3 Help!

Ok, I have Photoshop CS3, as you probably gathered by the title, it's been working great up until a couple days ago, but now everything I open an image, it has a kinda pinkish hue to it, I've tried resetting it back to default with the CTRL + ALT + SHIFT thing and it seemed to have worked on everything else, but it still opens with that pinkish hue, when I save a file, and open it in a different program, it looks right, just not in CS3. I'd appreciate any help anyone can give.

Re: Photoshop CS3 Help!

Have you tried uninstalling it and then installing it again?

Re: Photoshop CS3 Help!

Yes, I've tried it twice. It still has the same problem.

Re: Photoshop CS3 Help!

Are you using the right color settings? (PS preferences)

or - did you recently install updates for your monitor?

or - does the pink appear when you print from PS?

or - is the pink measurable? (eyedropper)

just a few shots in the dark...

Re: Photoshop CS3 Help!

Hey, all, I want to thank you for the responses,

What apparently happened, is some how under 'Color Settings' one of the other options got changed, when i found that and corrected it it start looking correct, but then would save in a blue hue... so went from pink to blue... then after a little further research, I discovered it was attempting to convert the file to RGB when I saved it, after putting a stop to that, it seems to have gone back to normal.
