OS: microsoft office standard 2007


[SOLVED] pro desktop v8 on acer laptop

when i click extrude icon the following message appears:

"The command has been aborted. An internal error occurred in Pro/Desktop.
It is most likely that doing the same thing again will produce the same error."

Laptop is Acer Extensa 7220:

252 MB Intel Graphics

1 GB

Windows Vista Basic with Microsoft Office Standard 2007 installed.

Any ideas?

Run Pro Desktop as administrator and disable graphics acceleration.

Open Pro Desktop and go to Tools > Options > Performance to disable Graphics Acceleration.

See here for details on running in administrator or compatibility mode if the above doesn't fix your problem.
