moving pictures

how do i create a gif or picture file like this
its a picture,please have a look at it and tell me

that would have been created in a 3d program of some sort. while not too complex for a dcc application, there would be a lot to learn if you've never worked in 3d before.

It would be about 30 min or less work in a 3d app of your choice. Then conversion of media standards.

I just know how to convert flash files to animated gif file like this. iWisoft swf to gif converter can do it.

That is not really useful to the user. Using a 3d program that creates flash files is less useful than an actual full fledged 3d program that would likely output to avi natively (or even .gif, or a sequence of images that can be easily imported SEQUENTIALLY into a gif maker and exported)

Its`a series of images most likely stripped from video to create a gif, it can be done in photoshop or a program like this or many others.> http://www.gamani.com/product_animated.htm

One way I used to create stuff like that was using imageready, imageready allow you to make transitions from one frame to another whilst automating the process of flowing between one frame to another.

i've not done alot but something similar here (can't find the file at the moment when i do ill come back and update)
