Hi, i;m looking for a photo imaging program for the kids to play around with, the type were you can put two picture on to the one screen and edit them to create funny faces, like swap heads that sort of thing, the kids love it but i havent a clue can somebody help? thanks in advance

I suppose you could try it with microsoft paint. You'd have to show them how to use the scissors tool though (star-shaped button at the top) to cut out the heads.

GIMP found here

there are tutorials on both sites: by clicking on the tutorials link in the text below the pic of the car on the paint.NET page
and
under Documentation tab for GIMP

GIMP is probably slightly easier to use and install than paint.NET, both are good for the cost - nil
