Adobe premiere elements 7 questions

I am new so bare with me. I have been using pre elem 7 for apox 6 months. The program is closing when I try to burn to DVD. I created my project every thing looks great. go to share area to burn, pre elem closes! Help!!

I have opened the program go back to project, gone to share to burn, burn started to encode, when I came back later to check on encode, encode had stopped and message low on memory. My drive has alot of free space, so this has to mean the program?? Help Please!!

how do I free up memory in the program!!

I have mine set up to use a separate drive for the "scratch file" . . the working file that in encodes to/from.

How much memory do you have?

Hi Rich,
Im running 4Gs of ram. I have all my programs on c dr, all my files are on S dr 500 Gs of storages on each dr.

I also want to say I appreciate your reply back
I also use Roxio creator suite 7. It just recently started to close and will not allow me to
use menus or burn disc when you go from video wave to DVD bluilder. I also have my exlore closing down on me (not explorer internet) Explore windows filing sys can you Help?
