I want step by step Maya basic tutorials and also head modeling tutorials because Maya is new to me as i don't know the tools and terms so plz tell me the sites from where i can get detailed tuts.

3dbuzz has free vtms that should get you started. in the video category expand maya then select one. you might need to login to view them.

i dont want video tutorials because they are very fast and the option are not visible they are selecting and applying so i want detailed text tutorials

Doesn't Maya come with an instruction manual?
