Tmpgenc dvd author

I've used tmpgenc dvd author for some of my projects and I was just curious if the conversion is a perfect one to one transfer (or whether there is a loss in A/V quality). Thanks.

In simple cut/merge operations, or DVD rips, the operation is lossless. There's too many other possible things to do, so it's hard to tell without knowing what you did exactly. (like source you're working with (format (container and codec) and resolution), what you did to it, and output format and resolution)
