[SOLVED] JPEG Burner for 98

Hi! I'm trying to copy some pictures to CD off a friend's daughter's computer. It's very old and running windows 98. I found a burning program that will work on 98, but it doesn't recognize jpegs. I tired a flash drive, but that doesn't work in 98 either. Any suggestions as to what program I can use to solve this problem? Any and all responses will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Re: JPEG Burner for 98

I don't see why the burner needs to "recognize" the JPEG's. Have you tried burning as a data CD?

Re: JPEG Burner for 98

Thanks for the response. Yes, I tried burning a data cd, and, in a drop down list, checked all files, and received the message that the program doesn't recognize jpeg files.

Re: JPEG Burner for 98

Do you have a link to the program, or its name? If it's designed purely for burning audio CDs, it will only recognise audio files like MP3, OGG, etc. Any other type of burning program should be able to burn all file types.

If you want to try some other free software, DeepBurner works in 98 and will burn jpegs as data.

Or you could upload the files from the 98 computer to an online storage site like MyOtherDrive, MegaUpload or Free Virtual Servers, then download them to your other computer.
