[SOLVED] problem with realplay 11 no video

Hi, I recently upgraded to 11, can not see video, I only hear voice.

Please help.

try downloading and installing K-Lite codec pack - link in my signature area

Did not work, i don't believe it is codec issue because real alternative and other players are working with no problem. I really need realplayer because I can d/l direct from youtube and other sites.

There are plenty of other software you can use to download directly from youtube and other sites.

If you use firefox then you can use the addon: downloadhelper

By the way, be sure to scan your computer for adware and spyware. Real Player is known for installing such things:

Internet Download Manager is also very useful in downloading FLV, MP4 and other media on the internet. Its compatible with most browsers..

Just a suggestion

Another one would be downgrade back to the old one that worked... some updates just aint worth it.
