photosoftware install error

I was loading photo explosion deluke 3.0 & when it installing it stop & said this
Microsoft visual C runtime library

runtime error
program/window/system32/MSi Exce.exe
R6034
an application has made attempt to load the c runtime library
incorrectly & to contact the application support team

what is wrong with my runtime library ?
how do i fix this problem so i can install the software ?

to the one who said is this a vista
Photo explosion deluke is a photo print program i tryed to install it to my computer
on windows XP when I tryed to install it stoped & gave me the error message

That error message is one similar to a Vista error messge . . that is why I asked.
