coreldraw 11 for vinyl cutting

i have a roland pc-12 vinyl cutter/printer. i have corel draw11 for my graphics software. it worked fine till last week and it would no longer cut the graphics. i uninstalled all the software, corel draw11, roland cutchoice and colorcamm drivers. i installed it all and the test cut and print works ok from the rip software and i can print from core b ut it wont cut. i go into corel and set up a custom spot color with RGB properties as "CutContour" hairline. when i type a text or object, then select it go to outline pen, go into custom spot colors and select my hairline cutcontour color it outlines ok and the outline pen at the bottom right of the page shows it is 100% cutcontour hairline. but when i click off the graphic the outline pen no longer shows the cutcontour by the outline pen. when i export to desktop even if i leave the graphic selected with cutcontour line there, when i open the corel graphic it has no cutcontour on it. my machine tries to print it and not cut it. i hope someone can help. if you need more in fo please feel free to ask.
