Looking for graphics software

Hey guys this post is from an amateur. I had lost my job and then I planned to engage myself in some sort of creative work. My friends suggested me to get into graphics designing. So I started taking classes on the same. After 3 months of training now I am planning to invest in illustrator CS4 http://www.checkoutsoftware.com/adob...-cs4-win_p4811 . Before going for illustrator CS4 I just want to know that whether it’s alright to invest in it or should I go for the complete CS4 design premium suite? http://www.checkoutsoftware.com/adob...mium-win_p4843
Guys, please suggest me.

Re: Looking for graphics software

Personally if I had the money and was more into graphics, then I would go with the whole suite. It is a money saver.

Something to consider, if you are going to school for this then you should be eligible for the student edition which would be a whole lot cheaper.

My System

Re: Looking for graphics software

Go with the Design Premium Suite. $1800USD for the whole lot, including Photoshop.
When you look at how much bang for your buck with the package Vs. individual, its a massive saving. And you get great software too :)
