dose the printer print other images with good quality?
can you tell us the image size you are working on in pixels or inches with dpi?

yes we have very good printers here this is a print shop. well the size of the canvas is 8 1/2 by 11 inches and the dpi is the highest one i cant remeber the number and it dosent matter what size brush i use it all comes out fuzzy and im working in CMYK color if that has anything to do with it

i'm not sure that makes sense. you can specify the dpi to any number. normally 300dpi is an accepted size, but i quite often create documents at 200 dpi. it depends on the printers ability.

can you post a screen shot of PS from your pc and a scanned image of the print?

Are you sure you are using fabric ink? Regular ink usually doesn't cut it.

Some pre-stretched canvasses has an acrylic coating meant for oil-based paints. Using an ink-receptive coating (Ink Aid) should take care of this problem.

Only the brush images are fuzzy as I understand.....
Best thing is create good brush and try print it out.....
